Caller: Claims to be your power company - Scam

Indian call centre saying you have had a price increase but they can offer you a deal with another company.

Caller: "Australian Health and Wellness Forum"

The Filipina (?) caller purported to be conducting a health and wellness survey. When I asked her what information she was seeking, she talked about age groups and health and wellness issues. I didn't give her any demographic or health information, and she eventually gave up and ended the call politely. After researching the "Australian Health and Wellness Forum" on the Internet, it is apparent that the call was never about a bona fide survey, but a sales exploratory call for an Australian business targeting seniors and using an offshore call centre to get around the Do Not Call Register. Therefore, I have classified this call as a scam call rather than a survey call.
