It is a scam. Also from (07) 3040 7708 (as of today 21-Nov-2018). I think they have several phone numbers starting with 3040.

On 14/11/18 there was a voicemail on my phone from this number (sounds like computer generated) claiming there is a law suit against me, asking me to contact the number. It's a scam call I think.

Same call today. When I challenged him to give me his name said it was Officer Brian Roberts. When I challenged where from, he hung up. Very strange call ....

Caller: A guy with an automatic voice message It's surely a scam. He told mw that there is a problem on my taxation file and an arrest warrant will be issued if i don't call back.
