Frequently rings both my mobile and home fixed line nos. Never answers just hangs up and then rings the other phone straight away.

this number has rang my mobile several times the lady can not pronounce my name to anything like what it is so I know I didn't ask for the call

Startel Communications spruiking their new deals for mobile phones. Polite woman with a slight accent, I would have said, a slight filipino accent if I had to say. Told them I wasn't interested, they said thank you and they hung up.
