Received a missed call on this number. When I called back it says "Optus advises the number is incomplete"?

scum hung up on me when I said I didn't live in qld

I answered, the person asked if it was me (knew my first and last names) I said ‘maybe’, and the person (man with very deep voice) said ‘what do you mean by maybe, don’t you even know your name?’. Then the call disconnected. Probably just a telemarketer but it felt threatening.

Cold call. Something to do with power.
