Caller: A "follow up service" Had another call from the "claims team", except this time they called from (07) 3015 4012.

Caller: A "follow up service" Some idiots from the "claims team" tried to follow up on an "accident" I had allegedly been in "sometime in the last 6 months". I haven't been in an accident for at least 5 years. Well, when queried and asked for further details about the accident, such as the date, they tried to tell me I should know when it occurred, since it was me who had had said accident. Then I asked for the name and ABN of their organisation. The idiot said he's from a follow up service, and that they are just following up on my accident. I asked for their name and ABN three more times, was refused three more times. I eventually said "I haven't had an accident in the last 6 months you f'ing d**khead, and I hung up. Then I called back from a different number, got the same guy and I got him to hang up on me. I'm not even going to block this number, and when I feel like taking some frustration out on a complete stranger, I think I will call the claims team and follow up on my accident.... hahahahaha!!!!!!
