Caller: Next Gen Said they were from NexGen and wanted to discuss telecommunication options for the business and that region manger will be in the area in the next few weeks. Asked how many handheld phones we had. Explained that we had not reached out to discuss our phone systems so phone called not appreciated and we did not a visit from them. Asked to be removed from their cold call list (I have asked this previously and they have not done this). Spam call. Call through numerous times to try and get through to a manager hoping they will get another staff member. Absolute pain!
