we got a call today saying our number were selected to win 250 000.00 but first we must pay in 360.00 rand mtn voucher and send the pin numbers through then we got a certificate saying we must pay 5% of the money in cash as this is a insurance certificate congratulate us we must now pay 5000.00 rand in cash to a bank account given and then the transaction will go through to our bankis this a scam or not
