Caller: paypal claimed from paypal securities and fraud department, poor english, indian / sri lankan accent, informed them i do not have paypal, they instantly hang up

I received a call from someone supposedly from PayPal fraud dept. They sent me a text message with a code. I said I didn't feel comfortable giving any information and I would contact PayPal direct. I believe this is a scam.
