Claimed to be from PayPal stating a large transaction was pending on my account and asked me to confirm my details. I hung up and called PayPal directly to confirm it was not them.

Mood: annoyed
Foreign accent, purporting to be from Telstra wanting to change my IP address from public back to private.
When I mentioned I would go to my local Telstra shop for advice, they hung up.
