Caller: Kim Jackson - Animal Welfare Always starts off with the same introduction "Kim Jackson of Animal Welfare" and asks "How are you today?" Pretty well however you respond goes straight into the standard spiel. After 3 or 4 varying support amounts and payment methods (including "give us your bank BSB and account number"!) I chop her off by saying I do not do any financial transactions anymore since my granddaughter has Enduring Power of Attorney over me and does all my financial transactions for me. This initiates a "Oh. Have a nice day" and hangup. Almost certainly an agent AI. (No background "call centre" noise.)
