'Immigration bureau' but the voicemail translation was very strange. Must be scam

Caller: Christine from eBay

Claiming to be from eBay and checking if I wish to authorise a $400 gift card transaction.

Just asked her to give me the eBay account name a few times and she got very huffy and hung up.

Said they were Telstra and asked me to change my IP address as my network was public. It's a scam

Automatic message left on Voicemail - 'For English, please press one, For Chinese, please press two ... Flagging this as SPAM.

Call went to my message bank. Recorded message in Mandarin. Basically a scam.

A DEFINITE SCAMMER - CHINESE MANDARIN LANGUAGE AUTOMATED VOICE Then TOLD To Press 1 or 2 for English or for Chinese-I told to F_ _ K Off

Called and did not leave a message. Area code is not from my state so I ignored it
