Caller: Harry Harry i figured is independent but wont release a ABN and who he is surveying for is as he said is independent. For the little answers from himself he is hard up ensuring that he spells out the privacy act whilst informing we're both being recorded. As for background noise, it is a bit muffled but im sure he is working from home. I also feel its a recording of him but when he asks a question its definitely a played recording of himself by use of another device due to sound out put difference
