Rings and leaves no message when you ring back call cuts off

‪(07) 2143 6147‬ has been scamming people since November 2024. Why aren't the telcos doing something about this???

The guy self-claimed from Telstra and said that my ip address was shared by many foreign accesses. The guy tried to ask my ip address but I didn't give him as I am not using Telstra lol. The guy was speaking with his Indian accent.

Claimed to be PayPal in Sydney

called and told me she was from cybersecurity agency in Australia. had my email address and told me my account was being used from the US, wanted me to open location services.

Rings, when you answer it hangs up. Tried ringing back but doesn't even ring.

No one there, doesn't connect when calling back

Called and claimed was from telstra

Caller: Claimed to be Microsoft

Tried to direct me to error messages under Admin on the computer and claimed they were from hackers.

Left false message re paypal account

Came up on my phone as suspected spam. Left no message. Normal people leave voicemails, this number did not. Therefore I will regard it as a spam call

We just had a scam call from this number.

Answered the call, were claiming to be from Telstra billing wanting to talk about my mobile service. As I was not with Telstra, they were left with nothing else to say and the call was promptly ended.
