Shouted at me in a foreign language then hung up. Not really sure what the point of that is

Caller: Pretended to be from eBay Told me that someone had used my eBay account and done a $500 voucher. I don't have an eBay account!!!! He got angry because I was driving on the motorway and he wanted me to immediately pull over and provide my computer IP address. He got very angry when I said I wasn't pulling over. Anyway I thought that was then end of it - so a day later I had 3 missed calls - when I saw the number again I answered and he talked again about an eBay account - he talked lots! He asked me to talk my phone off speaker to which I said I'm in the car... then he said I will call you back in an hour and hung up! You would like to think hackers speak nicely to their victims but obviously not... I am waiting for his call..... lol
