Did some research and found out that it is a company company called Symbio Networks Pty Ltd. This is an Australian telecommunications infrastructure provider offering carrier services, including VoIP, virtual numbers, and data services for businesses and software platforms, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region, however they are a telecommunications provider that leases phone numbers to other businesses and consumers. So Symbio Networks is likely not the caller, but rather the phone network used by the calling party, which is a scammer or telemarketer
