recorded message that my credit card has been charged $800 for gift cards

Don't know anybody in QLD, did not answer, no message left, in view of other comments, blocked.

How do you know it is a scam … because they are the only morons calling on Good Friday.

Claimed to be from Amazon. Scam call hung up on them.

SECOND CALL THIS MORNING. NUMBER BLOCKED

Called me 8pm and came up as potential fraud. I didn't answer the call and no message was left.

I also received a call from this number, I didn't answer it....

Caller: Pay pal

They wanted $998 for a purchase that I supposedly made, I am an aged pensioner, 83 years old and have no idea what PayPal is

RECEIVED A CALL FROM WHAT SOUNDED LIKE AN INDIAN CALL CENTRE - SAID WAS CALLING FROM NATIONAL SECURITY OFFICE IN CANBERRA - LADY STATING THAT MY MOBILE NUMBER HAS BEEN USED IN ILLEGAL MONEY LAUDERING - YET THE DISPLAY SHOWED CALL COMING FROM QLD- WHEN ASKED FOR CANBERRA'S POST CODE GOT GIVEN 2061

Said they were from PayPal Banking Security. I Hung up. was a Female voice with an Australian accent. I didn't listen any further, just hung up & blocked the number.

Didn't leave a message but since I don't know anyone in Queensland

Caller: Visa- SCAM

Said they were from visa and that there was a $900 Crypto charge to my card that looked suspicious, press 1 if you didn’t make this charge. Went through to a call centre a foreign person in a call centre answered “hello” I said yeah, hi and they ended the call.
Now I’m concerned.

Said I had $900 charged to my credit card as a voice message - bunch of losers

caller said he was from telstra and there was somethng wrong with my ip address

Scam call - I couldn't understand exactly but something about a discount available to my phone number.

Caller: Telstra ???? Warning about bad calls.. Blah blah

I Just advised him that I call in the shop. haha
