It seemed to be some medical service but when I ran back there was wait for the operator and then nothing happened

It seems to be a scammer. Beware!

Must be scammers

A call playing message asking you to choose 1 for English & 2 for Chinese. When you call back , answering message goes under outreach bpl when calling back to that number.

Recorded voice saying my phone will be turned off in two hours. No name given by caller
