Just beeps. Suspected scam call

I received two calls from this number today. Says it is from Samford on phone screen. When you answer it it beeps a couple of times and then hangs up.

rang twice this morning, a few beeps then nothing

Receiving multiple calls from the number on weekdays, it has been very annoying.
There is a beep when answered. Assuming it is recording voices for fraudulent scams.
Warning not to entertain this number.
0402 199 132 does the same mentioned above.
