wtf I didn't order anything or even log into anything then this number sends me a free msg thanking me for my subscription! then to stop it may incur charges ... usually $6.50 per msg type of thing. .. so not impressed

I have been getting these messages and am really not sure whether to open it or not, as I know its a scam,and just keep on deleting in but obviously its not going to stop until I do something about it

Wednesday they sent me this: FreeMsg: Your subscription to Toopklub costs $6.90/wk charged to your mobile account. Opt-out send STOP to 19789119 HELP:1300 363 847
And just yesterday I tried contacting Optus because I didn't know where my credit went when I just topped up that Wednesday morning. I didn't really read to much into the text I thought it was just a scam till I googled *toopklub* and found out that someone else commented via Optus network site about getting the same text, then I get a text a few minutes ago:
FreeMsg: U've been subscribed to Toopklub for 30 days charged to your mobile account. Opt-out send STOP to 19789119 HELP:1300363847
I immediately replied back stop and this is the reply:
FreeMsg: Your subscription to Toopklub has been terminated and no further charges will apply. You'll forfeit remaining subscription charges. HELP:1300363847
I have no idea how this was even subscribed without my knowledge and it's such a headache having topped up and taking my money. But lesson learnt! And definitely changing network provider I've had one too many scan calls with my number, partner and a few other family member all on Optus.
