I get calls from these numbers every couple of days. If I answer, they hang up (I never say anything) & if it goes to message, they hang up. I don't get the prefixes 0716 or 0741, 0732, 0711. If I ring back it goes unanswered or I get a messagebank for a 'private number'. It is driving me crazy!!
