Caller: ATO tax office scam call

Got automated call from this number as recording was playing advising I have ato tax crime investigation against me to resolve it please stay online to get connected with one of our legal services officer.
Well I lied to the person on the other end of phone advising I dont even have tfn as I just came to aus for the first time day ago.
Lol so funny n operator got shocked and started saying sorry it was mistake. I asked up front if this was honest mistake or you guys scamming the ppl n they disconnected the call.
So fully scam using ato name. Careful dont get scammed.
