When I answered the call from this number, the caller asked who he was speaking to. I said my first name and asked for his. He said it was Joe and he then asked for my family name. I asked what his call was in relation to. He replied that it was an emergency and what was my last name. I asked him what was the emergency and he would not answer this and just repeated "what is you last name. It is an emergency. I then stopped the call.
