Automated phone call saying phone and internet will be disconnected in 24 hours and to please press 1 to be connected to a technician to proceed. Got curious, pressed 1, spoke to "Peter" with the Indian accent who asked me if I knew what Compromised meant. Advised I wasn't an idiot - so he told me I was an idiot in fact a very big idiot.
