I received a call from an operator with a heavy accent that claimed to be from NBN Co. purportedly about duplicated IP addresses. I informed him that he would need to contact my Internet Service Provider as they issued and have control over the IP address. He then started taking blind guesses as to who my ISP was. After the third incorrect guess I hung up and blocked the number. This is the second times in 3 days that I have received such a call although from a different number.
