I thought I was returning a missed called. The man who answered in foreign, angry voice, just kept repeating ,"who is this". I tried to explain that I was returning a call to that number, but he was irate and kept repeating "who is this". I then had 3 calls from that number which were mildly threatening . I Another call from a different number just used harsh non English language and they may be connected. Unsure.
