That number is already disconnected, just 5 days later. How do phone numbers get connected and disconnected, so easily and so often?

Spoofed number that is disconnected. Person with heavy asian like accent pretends to be from the NBN saying many PPL are using my IP adddress.. What a load of Rubbish.. NBN is not an ISP... I told them I dont care who is using my IP ...they hung up after getting annoyed with me
