Caller: Scammers I knew it was a scam when I got the message about a package when I don't order anything online for delivery at all

Got a text from this number saying "unable to distribute your package" with a link to follow. I'm not expecting anything so I came here to check and everyone else has said that it's a scam so I won't click on it - but they used my name in the message which has me worried.

Text message saying ladlecaquet I have tried to reach out to you. If submission is not received by 5 you will lose your requested total transfer preferences. Then it directs to a website. Did not click on it. I don’t have anything pending.

Caller: It’s a spam conjob If the text hasn’t come from Australia Post then it’s spam. I got the same text recently and didn’t both clicking the link. A credible postal service doesn’t send anonymous texts to people that ask for money or personal details. Just ignore it... or better yet, report it and block the number.

"Hello - Your order has been held at our forwarding depot. Please follow instructions in this link. " OZ8.me is a Japanese crowd funding company so I ignored the message and blocked all future calls from this number

With links to a questionable Australia Post Website which tried to blackmail me into paying a fee to get my package - sent a text back saying "to rude" num nuts.
