I received an unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile text from this number. I'm unsure if it's a prank or a legitimate business, but the first message read:

"you're obviously not receiving these or are incredibly rude given this was your enquiry. Either way we won't be assisting you. S"

When I asked who it was, they responded with:

"maybe check the messages above... nice to know you're ok though. all the best."

This tone is inappropriate and unprofessional — particularly if this is from a business. Regardless of any earlier messages (which I had not received), there's no excuse for this kind of communication.
