Claiming to be from linkt saying my “toll has expired” and that I needed to pay immediately using a fake hyperlink so I don’t get fined

They ttxt just after midnight, don’t know how they curcumvent the iphone’s do not disturb feature. Claim to be Lknkt for an overdue toll and provide a weblink which is clearly not from Linkt. Reported as scam and blocked. Why is telstra not blocking these nimbers?
