the message was to contact ebay as there is a charge of $299.95 pending and they reckon it is a fraudulent charge. I was to install remote access ware to enable them to provide me with an onine e-bay cancellation form and talk me through the cancellation. When trying to find out if I can do this in another way, they got stroppy and started talking over me, so I hung up. Be aware, this number is a fraud!
