Caller stated they were calling to confirm I had authorised a payment for Jane Smith, in United States of America (could barely pronounce America!) this morning at 8am. Informed them "no"......questioning continued and then was asked my surname of the accounts I use. When I stated "they should know this detail if they were contacting me" I was promptly hung up on! Nice try jerks!
