A message saying "Medicare: You have been in close contact with someone who has Omicron. You must order a free PCR Test kit at:" and then a website link made to look like medicare. Another scam

Received message about a new payee from "COMM-BANK". I am not aware of either the bank or the payee name. Link did not resemble any known bank links.
