Chinese recorded message. Didn't understand a word of it. The last one I got last year, was telling me I had to report the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. Of course I never would. It's a scam. I helped a chinese woman today who face planted in Eliz St, Melbourne, but I never gave her my details. So that can't be it.
