Caller: Chinese Scammers Got a missed call and a voice message was left. It was a pre-recorded message in English with a chinese accent. it said something along the lines of: "English: Your phone will be turned off for 2 hours due to __??__?? use. To blah blah blah, Press 1, To talk to a Customer Service Representative, Press 2. Chinese: Then obviously the same message repeated in chinese"
