Called in saying it's NBN to check the speed of the internet. Later gave me a code to access remote control on my laptop and insisted it was to check the router. When said I was uncomfortable giving access was directed to a manager who was trying to assure me this is standard and when still told was uncomfortable they hung up. Indian men who used white-washed names such as "Eric" and "Andrew". Will be blocking.
