This is what the message said: "Your Skype Caller ID is now active. If you did not activate it yourself, go to go.skype.com/cli and enter this code to deactivate it: IERTWS " This is not from Skype it is a scam.
Do not click the link in the message as this will take you to the scammers or hackers web page. Simply block number and delete message.

Caller: Was a text from Facebook

Big time hacker who overtook and stole my old facebook account early March and Facebook team tell me that no one else is using it, it is me, is crazy. They removed my email accounts, changed the pw, and this phone was the new one they gave after removing mine

This is the tel number they gave to facebook when they hacked and stole my facebook account to get a security code , they then deleted my tel number, my emails that I had as backups, this was all done so quickly, but facebook gave this number and this id or password(but is no longer their password), cos I have tried it lol, it's Laz+n×CarLW, HOPING KARMA BITES EM WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE
