Caller: Victor from a Mortgage Broker Victor from a Mortgage broker called from this number asking whether I wanted to refinance. When questioned on whether I had contacted his company prior, he said no but had accessed my number from a database. When questioned further on exactly what the database was, Victor said "no particular database, just data from real estate agents..."
