Caller: "LAVI" BP SHALVEY NSW The phone belongs to BP Franchisee/ Manager "Lavi".
An open letter to BP CEO Murray Auchincloss $6.91m/ annum remuneration.
I was served at BP Shalvey at 3.29pm Saturday 6th September 2025 by a man of what I assume is Indian descent, Vinny/ Vineh.
Instead of charging me $7.50 for my 2x1.25 Pepsi Varieties, I was charged full price of $5.99. That's a theft of $4.50 per sale, no receipt, unless you ask for it.
So tell me BP CEO Murray Auchincloss, does that $4.50 go into Vinnys pocket? Does it go to the store manager/ franchisee? Or does it go into your WHOPPING $6, 910,000 renumeration, when people being ripped off are hard working, unemployed or disabled.
I'd love to hear your response, so I am emailing you via the BP online contact form.
FYI, anyone reading this, count your change and your fingers after dealing with BP, ANYWHERE, but especially cnr Sedgeman Crescent and Luxford Rd Shalvey Nsw 2770.
