just received a call, the guy said kept saying hello like he couldn't hear me and then hung up

Got the same call. I answered and they hung up immediately. Tried calling it back and no response. Mate, I work in a call centre and this kind of BS is unacceptable to even me. At least leave a message that I can say Yes or No to. But obviously I'm being rung up by a guy who doesn't really give a rats ass about who he's calling or what he's doing and is only ringing as many people as he can to pad his "numbers called" KPI...

Very bad Indian action with poor mind. Absolutely he is a idiot without any mindset.
Some solar organisation calling on behalf of the government.

I've received two calls from these people (once from a woman and once from a man - both with foreign accents). Same things as per above. Some solar organisation calling on behalf of the government. I've now saved the number as 'scam' and blocked it.

A lady with an Indian accent called something like Ahled (hard to understand her) called asking how I was. Sounds like marketing so I hung up.
