Caller: 'Chinese Embassy' Scam Callers Will leave a voicemail after calling. This is preceeded by a couple of seconds of silence before saying 'Chinese Embassy' in English and then continuing the rest of the message in Chinese. I got two of these calls from separate sources, it's obviously what I'd call a scam.
