Received a couple of these number, digits changed towards the end, first time was re tax office...blah blah. Hung up, not answering future calls starting with 0490.....

Caller: Possible Scam Caller stated they were carrying out property valuations in my area next week, and what days would i be home for them to provide me with an updated valuation for my home following a big increase in prices in the area. Possible scam to find out when the property is occupied...
