Calls out of the blue claiming you have contacted them regarding your concern for wildlife, when you explain you have never contacted them they then say while we have you on the phone!!!! Ie fishing call, tried to call number back to confirm only to find out it’s disconnected??? Apparently as I’ve found out through previous experience this is by calling you from a dept that uses a main number that they are calling from an extension of will give this response, so you can’t actually return a call to that number that initially called you to confirm if they operate a legitimate cause, charity or business and therefor remain unknown or uncontactable to any person that they may call, very convenient for them without making any adverse suggestion as to their motive for calling you if they are asking for donations of any kind under the premise they may claim to be working or doing volunteer fundraising for should that be the case???
