I received a text message that says "We have attempted to deliver 'ur' package USS016448296GB, but there is an unpaid customs charge. Follow the instructions here: https://bit.do/fK64f"
The give away for me was the "ur" instead of your. And there is nothing to identify the sender.

Definitely a scam, I received a message to say " Ur delivery has been stopped at our depot today" with a link to resolve the issue
