I would never shop there he will trick you into owning money and then take court and then take your property. So do not accept if any of them say it is okay you can pay them slowly etc.. or later.. And get it in writing but he will go past that and lock the door then he will say you are behind and in white collar crime steal your items legally esp since VCAT is bias for him.
