I have been called by multiple numbers from all over Australia, all with the same voicemail message ‘You have missed an important call from the Government. Press 1 for English, press 2 for Chinese ( the rest of the voicemail is in Chinese ). Sometimes I get this same call from places like Massage Parlors, Resturants, Sporting Stores and much more.
