Caller: Scam called Pretending to be ING fraud detection department (I do bank with ING) and sounded reasonably legitimate and didn’t obviously sound like a call centre. Wasn’t Indian either. Most legit sounding scam call I’ve had. Giveaways were the fact they called from the mobile number and they refused to email me about it, and they didn’t confirm my identity. I called ING and reported it- they said this was a new one for them

Pretended to be ING Fraud Department. For anyone else reading this, ING will automatically freeze any transaction and accounts and then request you to call them back.
