I answered to a women asking for my mum by her first & last name. I asked who is was & she said her name was 'Ming'. I could hear it was a call centre from all the sound of typing & other conversations in the background.

Caller: Evan from a Company is Sydney - 040127230

Asked for some one else, Name matched my son and when i questioned him he only gave his name as Evan was from a company in Sydney. I said i wasn't giving any further answers due to privacy and then he said he give me contact details but i hung up.

Caller: BayCorp

This is likely from BayCorp (http://www.baycorp.com.au) a legitimate debt collector with less than legal tactics. Suggest contacting the creditor directly to settle if your debt is referred to them as they're extremely unprofessional and lose things, etc.

Had 3-4 calls from this number about a week ago, never answers. I tried texting asking who they are but I also tried to call back at one point and straight to message bank but unable to leave a message.

Some sort of bogus collections agent from what I recall. I've had this number blocked for some time. Tried calling me 10 times on end today.

Took 3 goes to get an answer that wasn't a hang up. When I asked who they were, they hung up. I have no idea what to make of it.

Scam call, asking me to call them back. I have blocked their number.

they have kept calling
once i answered man said it was an urgent obligation that i needed to sort out
then asked date of birth to verify (which i didn't) they didn't have my email or address so shady !!!!
red flags went off, bells as well, so i said thank you good bye

hangs up straight after giving you name when answering the phone, message bank full instant hang up upon call back add to black list.
