Caller: Nexxa Portfolio Management - Debt collection Comes from an Nexxa Portfolio Management debt collection agency for a person that has used my number on his financial records instead of his own. This agency appears to buy other people's debts from companies, in order take on that debt, and to pursue the debtor, and collect for themselves.
