I didn't initially say hello as I figured it was a 'solar' call or one of those electronic ones that waits for you to answer. When it didn't hang up I said 'yes'. The person then said hello. I said 'who is this'. A very odd sounding voice said 'Grace' so I hung up. The length between speaking was unnaturally long. Definitely a dodgy call.
