Caller: Male caller

When I answered (twice) there was a long silence, then background noise of a call centre. A man's voice (with an Indian accent) then told me that his name was Max and that he was from the Visa security department. He told me that my card had been used for two overseas transactions (said something about $499), then asked me if the transactions were authorized. I replied that the transactions were legitimate, there were a few seconds of silence, then he said "that's OK then" and hung up. Interestingly, I had an almost identical call about half an hour earlier from a Brisbane number which I later found not to be connected. Definitely a scam.
